Artist Revenue Solutions Refund Policy
At Artist Revenue Solutions, we provide professional services designed to support and enhance our clients’ careers. It is important to understand that we are selling services, not guaranteed results. Due to the nature of these services, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once a service is purchased and initiated.
We are committed to delivering the highest standard of service within the scope outlined during the purchase. In rare and exceptional circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, offer an additional service of equal value or an extension of an existing service. However, this is not a standard policy and will be determined based on the specific circumstances. This should not be expected or considered an entitlement.
Any refund requests initiated by a client after services have been rendered, or are actively in process, will be declined. Additionally, any attempt to dispute a charge, initiate a stop payment, or otherwise reverse a payment for services provided will result in an additional fee of no less than $150.00. This fee is intended to deter fraudulent behavior and compensate for administrative and processing efforts related to unwarranted disputes.
Clients engaging in fraudulent chargebacks, stop payments, or any form of malicious behavior to circumvent this policy may face additional legal actions or service restrictions. Once a service has been provided, clients are bound by this policy and are encouraged to communicate with our team if there are concerns.
By purchasing services from Artist Revenue Solutions, clients acknowledge and agree to this refund policy in full. It is the client’s responsibility to review this policy before completing any transaction.
