Artist Revenue Solutions Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how Artist Revenue Solutions (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles the shipment of physical merchandise or promotional items sold through artrevsol.com.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.


Shipping Fees

  • All shipping fees, including standard, rush, overnight, and any additional charges related to expedited or specialized deliveries, are the full responsibility of the client/purchaser.

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any additional costs incurred due to client-requested expedited processing or special shipping requirements will be billed accordingly and must be covered by the purchaser prior to shipment.


Domestic Shipping

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

  • We are not offering local delivery services at this time.


International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping options through third-party drop-ship subcontractors. Please check product descriptions for shipping availability.

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and other customs fees upon reaching the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the client/purchaser.

  • Artist Revenue Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by customs or unforeseen circumstances.


Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

  • If you have not received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, contact us at admin@artrevsol.com with your name and order number for assistance.


Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

  • Returns are only accepted within 5 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Refunds will be issued for the product amount minus the original and return shipping costs.

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at admin@artrevsol.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these concerns on a case-by-case basis and work towards a satisfactory solution.


Responsibility and Liability

  • Artist Revenue Solutions is not responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier and purchaser.

  • We are also not responsible for any additional costs incurred from reshipping or rerouting packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the client/purchaser.
